RareX Enters Strategic Partnership with US Strategic Metals

RareX Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with U.S. Strategic Metals to collaborate on critical minerals processing and supply-chain development. This partnership aims to assess processing capabilities at USSM's Missouri hub for products from RareX's operations, including heavy rare earth elements. RareX brings its Cummins Range project in Western Australia to the partnership as a reliable multi-mineral feed source. USSM, on the other hand, focuses on becoming a major domestic producer of critical minerals in the U.S. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RareX and USSM aligns Australian-led rare earth production with processing in the U.S., contributing to Western-aligned supply chains. This collaboration follows initiatives towards critical mineral production in the U.S. and strengthens ties between the U.S. and Australia in securing critical mineral supply. The MOU signifies a significant strategic milestone for RareX, positioning the company as a key player in global critical mineral markets.
