Cummins Range hosts a substantial mineral resource, with estimates indicating 1.6 million tonnes of total rare earth oxides (TREO) and 24 million tonnes of phosphate (P₂O₅). The project's strategic location, approximately 135 km southeast of Halls Creek and near the Tanami Road - which is undergoing upgrades to become a fully sealed route - facilitates improved accessibility and logistics.

The Cummins Range Project has strong prospects due to its rich rare earths and phosphate resources, strategic phased development plan, and proximity to infrastructure.

The initial focus on phosphate production minimizes capital risk, while the potential for rare earth market recovery aligns with long-term demand from clean energy and EV sectors. Challenges include market volatility, competition, and regulatory hurdles, but advancements in processing, environmental compliance, and partnerships strengthen its viability.
