We are excited to announce that RareX has appointed WSP, a global advisory firm, to lead the social and environmental planning for our Mrima Hill Critical Minerals Project initiative in Kenya. This strategic partnership emphasizes our commitment to implementing leading Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices while efficiently progressing once tenure is secured. The scope of work with WSP includes a gap analysis of existing data, stakeholder engagement, onboarding of Kenyan-based partners, and baseline studies for social and environmental aspects.

Mrima Hill is a significant rare earth and niobium project, and RareX has prioritized embedding socio-environmental priorities into the project proposal. This partnership builds on our previous successful collaboration with WSP on the Cummins Range project in Western Australia. We are prepared to advance without delay, showcasing our readiness to be a long-term partner for Kenya and Kwale County.
