Notification of Expiry of RareX Listed Options

Dear Investors,

RareX Limited would like to remind all holders of REEO options that these options are set to expire at 5:00 pm (WST) on Monday, 26 May 2025. To exercise your options, payment of $0.0675 per option must be received by this time, after which each option entitles you to one fully paid ordinary share in the Company. Options not exercised will lapse and cease all rights.

You have three options:

a) Exercise by 26 May 2025.

b) Sell by 20 May 2025.

c) Allow options to expire on 26 May 2025.

There is no obligation to exercise options. The market sale price of ordinary shares has ranged from $0.007 to $0.046 in recent months. For exercising options, follow the instructions on the "Notice of Exercise of Options" form and submit payment by 26 May 2025.
