Change of Auditor

We are pleased to announce that RareX Limited has appointed Hall Chadwick WA Audit Pty Ltd as the Company's new auditor, effective from 6 February 2025. This decision was made following a thorough review by the Board, considering both external audit arrangements and the audit fee structure as part of our Corporate Governance Plan. Hall Chadwick was selected based on their reputation and experience in the junior explorer sector.

A resolution will be presented at our 2025 Annual General Meeting to officially ratify the appointment of Hall Chadwick as RareX's auditor. We are confident in this transition and believe it aligns with our commitment to sound corporate governance practices.

RareX remains focused on critical minerals, specializing in rare earths and niobium. Our key projects, including the Cummins Range Project and the newly acquired Khaleesi Project, continue to show promise in the exploration and development of rare earth resources.
