Infrastructure sharing for bulk loading facility at Wyndham

This announcement shows we have a Term Sheet, with the owner of the only bulk loading facility at Wyndham Port, for mineral loading infrastructure sharing. The Terms sheet is for more capacity that we're intending to use, we have first rights over any further capacity availability and we have first right of refusal to purchase the asset should they choose to sell. For a bulk commodity project this is material step and we thank KMG for the support to date and look forward to advancing to a full long-form agreement.
