RareX agrees to sell 35% interest in NSW portfolio to KCC

This is an important step as we rationalise our assets and investments. By moving our ownership out of the project level and into the headco level we free up optionality for those projects to move forwards.

RareX has some valuable investments, which we keep a close eye on, along with our tenement portfolio, in order to make sure they are appropriate for the business, structured correctly, and have the right synergies and risk-reward profile.
