Although the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No. 3) 2020 expired on 21 March 2021 and the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Bill 2021 was not enacted, ASIC announced on 29 March 2021 that they have adopted a ‘no-action’ position in relation to the convening and holding of meetings. In accordance with the ‘noaction’ position, the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting (Notice).
