Announcement PDF ASX / MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT 2 June 2020 ISSUE OF UNQUOTED OPTIONS RareX Limited (RareX or Company) advises that pursuant to the Proposed Issue of Securities lodged with ASX on 2 June 2020, the Company has issued the following unquoted options: • • 1,250,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.085 expiring on 11 October 2022 6,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.067 expiring on 22 December 2022 and vesting in three equal tranches as follows: Tranche 1 2 3 Vesting Condition The 20-Day VWAP of RareX Shares exceeding $0.10 The 20-Day VWAP of RareX Shares exceeding $0.15 The 20-Day VWAP of RareX Shares exceeding $0.20 There is no consideration payable and the options were issued under the Company’s capacity under Listing Rule 7.1. Further, the Company advises that 4,800,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.10 each lapsed unexercised on 31 May 2020.
