RareX Expands to U.S. Market Through Strategic Processing Partnership

James Durrant, Managing director of RareX has signed a collaboration agreement at the Australian Embassy in Washington with Stacy Hastie, founder and CEO of US Strategic Metals (USSM) for processing rare earth products in America. The signing was made in the presence of Deputy Assistant Secretary Seth Bailey, Department of State and Deputy Head of Mission, Jason Robertson, Australian DFAT. - A significant agreement in the immediate wake of the United States-Australia Framework For Securing of Supply in the Mining and Processing of Critical Minerals and Rare Earths, singed between President Trump and Prime Minister Albanese in the Whitehouse on October 20th 2025.
